Calls, WhatsApp messages and email are non-binding enquiries. A proposal or site visit is subject to availability, location, travel requirements, roof/electrical suitability and confirmation by NJ2 CORE ENERGY SOLUTIONS.
Before any work starts, a separate written quotation/contract should identify the exact equipment and brands, solar capacity, inverter/battery configuration if applicable, installation scope, exclusions, payment milestones, applicable taxes, timeline, testing and commissioning responsibilities.
Work may depend on structural suitability, secure roof access, shade, waterproofing, safe power isolation, distribution network requirements and other site-specific conditions. Customers should disclose relevant roof defects, prior wiring concerns and site restrictions.
Scheme eligibility, official subsidy amounts, application acceptance, metering and grid interconnection are determined by Government and utility processes. Assistance with documentation, if offered, must be defined in writing. NJ2 cannot promise approval or sanction.
Manufacturer warranties and any installation workmanship warranty should be stated separately in the signed quotation, with applicable exclusions and claim process. No generic website statement creates a fixed warranty term.
All work should follow applicable safety requirements and manufacturer guidance. Any variation in materials, site conditions, additional civil work, delays, cancellation or rescheduling must be handled according to mutually agreed written terms and applicable consumer law.
Payment conditions, any advance, invoice, refunds, cancellation and complaint procedure should be disclosed before accepting money. Do not make payments based on a generic webpage alone. Statutory rights cannot be waived by these informational terms.
